Madison came through surgery very well. The operation was almost 11 hours to my understanding. Thanks to everyone who lifted up even the smallest of prayers.
The doctors think they got 75-95% of the tumor out - which is wonderful! I am so excited about that. Everything went well and they just need to wait to see when she wakes up how her vision is. From what I understand, her doctors will try to wake her this afternoon (she's been heavily sedated).
That's the short story but sums it all up pretty well. Hopefully her vision will be fine and they got 95% of the tumor.
In other news, tomorrow is our first visit with Mac's bio-relatives. Prayers are appreciated...
